Frank Corrado Invited to Canada’s World Junior Camp

Canucks defenceman Frank Corrado has been invited to participate in Canada’s National Junior Selection camp from December 11-13, 2012 in Calgary, AB. 

Corrado was originally selected by Vancouver 150^th overall in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.

The 6’2” defenceman currently plays for the OHL Sudbury Wolves where he leads the team in assists (18) and is fifth overall in scoring (3-18-21). The Toronto, ON, native dressed in four AHL games with the Chicago Wolves in 2011.12 where he recorded an assist.

The NHL lockout has led to an impressive array of talent being invited to camp, as likely NHLers Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Jon Huberdeau will be at camp.

Also invited are first-rounders Morgan Rielly, Griffin Reinhart, Ryan Strome, and Mark Scheifele.

Nathan McKinnon, the likely top choice in 2013, was also invited to camp.
