Canucks GM Mike Gillis joined BMac and Taylor on Tuesday afternoon, a day ahead of his club’s opening game of the 2012 playoffs.
The Canucks are not sure if they’ll have Daniel Sedin in the lineup, as he skated with the “black aces” – the extra players – today at Rogers Arena. The club says it’s simply part of the concussion protocol for Daniel, and his status will be re-evaluated before Wednesday’s opening match against the Kings.
Gillis also discussed the Kings and the Canucks goaltending heading into the postseason.
